We want to personally thank you for your continued commitment to the health and well-being of all Philadelphians.
We appreciate the relationships we have built together, and we are excited to continue our partnerships in 2026.
Over 2,100 partners receive this newsletter and share vital information with Philadelphia’s most vulnerable, top-priority neighbors.
In 2025, you helped us reach communities across the city to prepare for and respond to public health emergencies that included extreme heat, severe storms, and infectious illnesses, such as measles, COVID-19, seasonal flu, RSV and bird flu (H5N1). Together, we provided community education about utility assistance, vaccine and healthcare access, emergency food resources, city resources and more.
We mailed respiratory health information to all 6,000 Block Captains in Philadelphia. Trainings were held exclusively for Block Captains, older adults, and trusted messengers; many of these trainings were offered with interpretation as well.
We used the Philadelphia Language Access survey results to create an interactive dashboard where you can scroll through maps to see where survey respondents reported each language. We hope this tool is useful in your work with communities across our city.
None of this would have been possible without your participation in the Community Response Partner Network. Thank you!
We hope we can continue to be a trusted source of vital public health information.
We are looking forward to more meaningful collaboration in 2026, as you help us to ensure we all stay safe, healthy, and informed.
