The Division of Disease Control (DDC) strives to educate the community regarding the prevention and control of infectious diseases and public health preparedness. To accomplish this objective, DDC is pleased to fulfill requests for speaking engagements ranging from in-services to healthcare providers, keynote addresses at conferences, lectures for students, and talks for lay audiences. DDC speakers typically have direct applied expertise in the subject matter areas they present.

In order to request a DDC speaker to meet your needs, please assist our programs by completing the REQUEST FORM at least four weeks in advance of your anticipated event date. Your request will be forwarded to the appropriate program areas who will do their best to meet your needs. Although we would like to meet all speaking requests please note that we are unable to fulfill all requests due to competing priorities of our technical staff. You should anticipate a response within one week of submission.
